I think I ran a little bit hard yesterday.  I was feeling very sluggish this morning.  It took some effort to get out the door.  I didn't time my run, just tried to run easy.  To top it all off, it was muggy and windy, so definitely not the most pleasant run.  But, I'm glad I got out and did it.  I ran 4800S to the River Trail.  On the way home, there was a house that had been fully toilet-papered.  Someone's going to have a fun morning!

Way to go with the pregnant running! I'm no where as fast as you, but I really feel like running through pregnancy has helped me come back faster although I still have a ways to go. Toilet papering is so mean!!!!
