AM: 2 mile warm up. 3 x 1 mile with five minute recoveries. Tee wanted fast ones. I could only manage 5:42, 5:43, 5:43. But, at least they were consistent. 2 mile cooldown. 8miles
PM: Ran with the Race Cats. Half mile warm up. 4 x half mile repeats on grass course. Half mile cooldown. 3 miles. Fun to see everyone working hard and improving!
