Long-Term Running Goals:

Run my whole life, and then live vicariously through my children. (just kidding) , but I do want to pass on a healthy lifestyle to them.

Help coach East High to a state championship. (hope it doesn't take a lifetime!)

Personal:

I've been running since I was nine.  I'm married to a fellow runner who inspires and supports me.  We have two children:  Cole (4) and Lily (18 mos.)  I help Bill Cobler coach cross country at East High School.

20 miles. 6:57 average. Ran with Nan, Jocelyn and Angie. Tried to knock it down to 6:10's the last few miles, but didn't really have the legs for it. Still a really strong run. Nan is such a beast.

Nice to have a run like that in the bank!

Holy moly! Great run! Angie just called me to tell me about it! Your legs will come back in a week or so. I am excited for you!

It was intense. I was great at 6:20's. When I dropped it I couldn't hold. I was disappointed, but when I got home and looked at the entire run, I realized how strong it was . . .and Nan is a talented freak of nature!

woahz! very solid long run. that's a terrifying group (and i mean that in a good way).

next time you run you should ask nan to do some pull ups at the murray park outdoor exercise palace. i will give you a hint that she can do more than 10 without even trying.

I'm not sure I can even do one.
